How to create an Eflexsim account

To create an Eflexsim account, go to eflexsim.com and click Sign up in the top-right corner. Enter your email, set a password, verify your email via the link we send, and you're in. You can also create an account during checkout by ticking the "Create account" box, or after a guest purchase by using the same email at signup (we automatically link past guest orders). The account is free and gets you order history, top-up management, wallet credit tracking, and a faster checkout.

Three ways to sign up

Path 1: Sign up directly.

  1. Go to eflexsim.com.
  2. Click Sign up in the top navigation.
  3. Enter your email and a password (at least 8 characters, mix of letters and numbers recommended).
  4. Optionally enter your name (you can do this later).
  5. Click Create account.
  6. Check your email for a verification link.
  7. Click the link to confirm your email address.

You're now signed in and can browse plans, manage your profile, and prepare for purchases.

Path 2: Create at checkout.

When buying an eSIM, the checkout page offers a "Create account" option:

  1. Add a plan to checkout.
  2. Enter your email and complete payment.
  3. Tick Create account with this email and set a password.
  4. After payment, your account is automatically created and the just-bought eSIM is in your order history.

This is the most common path because it folds account creation into a purchase you were already making.

Path 3: After a guest purchase.

If you bought as a guest (no account at the time):

  1. Go to eflexsim.com and click Sign up.
  2. Use the same email address you used for the guest purchase.
  3. Complete the signup flow.
  4. After email verification, your guest order(s) appear automatically in your account history.

The system links guest orders to new accounts by email match. Nothing extra needed from you.

What an account gets you

The benefits of having an account:

Order history. Every purchase saved with full details, downloadable receipts, and the QR code retrievable anytime.

Top-up management. Top up an existing eSIM from inside your account in a few clicks. See how to top up an existing eSIM.

Wallet credit. Referral rewards, promotional bonuses, and refund-as-credit all live in your wallet. See using account credit and wallet balance.

Saved cards. Optional. Save a card for faster checkout next time. Card details are stored in Stripe, not on us.

Faster checkout. Pre-filled email, address, and payment method. One-click for repeat purchases.

Email verification

After signup, we send a verification email to the address you used. The email contains a button or link that confirms you own the address.

Why we require verification:

  • Protects against typos that would otherwise lock you out of your own account.
  • Prevents people from creating accounts with email addresses they don't own.
  • Confirms we can reach you for receipts, support, and security notices.

Until you verify, your account exists but some features (purchases, password reset, etc.) may be limited. Most people verify within a few minutes of signing up.

If the verification email is missing:

  1. Check your spam folder.
  2. Check that the email address you used at signup is correct (typos happen).
  3. Use the "Resend verification email" option on the sign-in page if available.
  4. Email support@eflexsim.com if all else fails.

Setting a strong password

Password rules at signup:

  • Minimum 8 characters.
  • Recommended: mix of upper case, lower case, numbers, and at least one special character.
  • Avoid passwords reused from other sites.
  • Use a password manager (1Password, Bitwarden, iCloud Keychain, Google Password Manager) if you don't already.

Account email

The email you use at signup becomes the canonical account identifier. Changes to your email later are possible but should be done thoughtfully. See how to change the email on your account.

Privacy and data

What we store with your account:

  • Email address.
  • Hashed password (one-way scrambled, not recoverable).
  • Name (if you provided it).
  • Optional marketing preferences.
  • Order history.
  • Saved cards (stored in Stripe, not us — only the token + last 4 digits visible to us).

We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for purposes outside of running Eflexsim's service. You can delete your account anytime, which removes all the above except what's required for legal/financial recordkeeping (anonymized order records).

Frequently asked questions

QDo I need an account to buy an eSIM?

No. Guest checkout works. The trade-offs are covered in a dedicated article on guest vs account.

QIs the account free?

Yes. Free forever. You only pay for the eSIM plans you buy.

QCan I have multiple accounts?

Each email address can only have one account. If you want separate accounts (e.g., personal and business), use different email addresses.

QWhat if I forget my password right after creating the account?

Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page.

QCan I sign up using Google or Apple?

Email-and-password is the only signup path at launch. Social sign-on (Google, Apple, etc.) is on the post-launch roadmap.

QWhat happens if I never verify my email?

The account stays in an unverified state. Some actions may be limited. You can complete verification later by clicking "Resend verification email" on the sign-in page.
