How to create an Eflexsim account
There are three routes in. Continue with Google or Continue with Apple is the quickest โ one tap, no password to invent. Sign up with an email and password takes a minute and needs your name, email, phone number and a password of at least 8 characters. Or just buy an eSIM: checking out creates an account on the email address you used, and you set a password afterwards. Accounts are free.
Below: what each route involves, what an account gets you, and how email verification works.
Route 1: Google or Apple
On the sign-up or sign-in page, press Continue with Google or Continue with Apple. You approve it with your Google or Apple account and you're in โ there's no Eflexsim password to create or remember, and we never see your Google or Apple password.
This is also the closest thing to two-factor authentication we offer, because whatever protection you have on your Google or Apple account applies when you sign in here. See does Eflexsim have two-factor authentication.
Route 2: Email and password
Go to eflexsim.com and press Sign up. The form asks for:
- Full name โ required.
- Email address โ required.
- Phone number โ required.
- Password โ required, at least 8 characters.
- Confirm password.
- Accepting the Terms and Privacy Policy โ required.
- A referral code โ optional, behind the "Have a referral code?" link, if a friend gave you one.
- A tick box for eSIM tips and deals โ optional, and off unless you turn it on.
Name and phone are not optional here, which surprises people expecting an email-and-password-only form.
Press Create account and we send a 6-digit code to your email address. Enter the code on the next screen to confirm the address is yours. It's a code you type, not a link you click.
Route 3: Just buy something
You don't have to sign up first. When you buy an eSIM we create an account on the email address you checked out with, and the order is already inside it.
The quickest way in is the "set your password" email we send after your purchase. That link is good for 72 hours. Use it and you pick a password on the spot.
If it's been longer than that, the link will say it's expired. Press Sign in, then Forgot password, and enter the address you bought with to set a password that way. If that doesn't get you in either, email support@eflexsim.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
If that address already had an Eflexsim account, we attach the new order to it instead, so it's simply there next time you sign in โ nothing to claim.
Don't press Sign up afterwards to "make" the account โ the address already has one, so a fresh signup is the wrong door. Forgot password is the right one.
What an account gets you
Your eSIMs. Everything you've bought, with QR codes, install instructions, and how much data is left. This is where you manage a plan โ see where to find your past orders for how orders and eSIMs differ.
Top-ups. Add data or days to a plan you're already using. See how to top up an existing eSIM.
Order history and receipts. Every purchase, with a downloadable PDF receipt โ or a company invoice if you fill in your company details. See how to download an invoice or receipt.
Wallet credit. Cashback, referral rewards and refunds-taken-as-credit collect here and come off your next order. See using account credit and wallet balance.
Cashback. A percentage of what you pay by card comes back automatically. See cashback rewards.
Saved cards for faster checkout next time, added from Account โ Saved cards.
Email verification
After signing up you'll be asked for a 6-digit code sent to your email address. Enter it to confirm the address.
If it doesn't arrive:
- Check spam and, on Gmail, the Promotions tab.
- Make sure the address you typed is right.
- Use the resend option on the code screen.
- Email support@eflexsim.com if none of that works.
Signing in with Google or Apple skips this โ your address is already confirmed by them.
Frequently asked questions
QCan I sign up with Google or Apple?
Yes, both. They're on the sign-up and sign-in pages as Continue with Google and Continue with Apple.
QDo I need an account to buy an eSIM?
No. You can check out without signing up โ though doing so creates an account for you anyway, which you can claim with a password whenever you like. See guest checkout vs creating an account.
QIs it free?
Yes. You only pay for the eSIMs you buy.
QWhy do you need my phone number?
It's a required field on the email signup form. If you'd rather not give one, Google or Apple sign-in doesn't ask for it.
QDo I get a verification link or a code?
A 6-digit code that you type in. Not a link.
QHow long does the password need to be?
At least 8 characters when you sign up. If you later change it from inside your account, the minimum there is 12.
QCan I have more than one account?
One per email address. Use a different address if you want a separate account.
QMy "set your password" link says it's expired.
It's good for 72 hours from when we sent it. After that, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen with the same address. If that doesn't work, email support@eflexsim.com with your order number โ your account and your eSIM are both still there, it's only the link that expired.
QWhat if I already bought something before signing up?
You already have an account on that email address, with the order in it. Use the set-password email or Forgot password rather than Sign up.
For password problems, see how to reset my password. For lost email access, see lost access to your email. For guest checkout, see guest checkout vs creating an account.
