Using account credit and wallet balance
Wallet credit is a balance held in your Eflexsim account that you can spend on any future purchase. It's earn-only — you can't add your own money to it. It comes from cashback, referrals, refunds you chose to take as credit, promotional bonuses, and adjustments made by support. It does not expire. To spend it, sign in, go to checkout, and turn on Apply wallet credit in the order summary. Anything the credit doesn't cover is charged to your card.

Credit does not expire
Your balance stays in your account until you spend it. There is no expiry date, no monthly decay, and no "use it by" deadline on any type of credit — cashback, referral rewards, refunds-as-credit, promotional bonuses, and support adjustments are all treated the same way.

Where credit comes from
Cashback. A percentage of every card payment comes back as credit automatically after the order is fulfilled. The rate depends on your tier. See cashback rewards.
Referral rewards. When someone signs up with your referral code and buys, a reward lands in your wallet.
Refunds taken as credit. When you request a refund you can ask for it as wallet credit instead of a card refund. It's immediate, rather than the 5-10 business days a bank refund takes.
Promotional bonuses. Occasional campaign credit, which appears on its own.
Support adjustments. If support resolves something by issuing credit, it lands in your wallet.
Not from your own money. There is no way to buy credit or top up your balance with a card. The wallet only grows from the sources above.
How to spend it at checkout
- Sign in — wallet credit needs an account, so it isn't available on a guest checkout.
- Pick your plan and go to checkout.
- In the order summary, turn on Apply wallet credit.
- The total drops by your balance, or by the order total if your balance is larger.
- Pay whatever is left with a card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
If your balance is more than the order, only what's needed is spent and the rest stays in the wallet. If it's less, the difference goes on your card.

Credit and promo codes
A promo code and wallet credit can be used on the same order. The discount is worked out first, then your credit comes off what's left, then your card covers any remainder.

Credit and refunds
Taking a refund as credit. Ask for it when you request the refund. Credit is immediate; a card refund takes 5-10 business days to reach your bank.
Refunding an order you paid for with credit. The credit part goes back to your wallet and the card part goes back to your card, so you end up where you started.

Where to see your balance
Sign in and go to Account → Wallet. You'll see your current balance and the list of everything that has gone in and out, with the date, the amount, and what it was for.
Your balance also appears at checkout once you're signed in.

QDoes my credit expire?
No. It stays until you spend it or delete your account.
QCan I buy wallet credit?

QCan I transfer credit to someone else, or cash it out?
No. Credit is tied to your account and can only be spent on Eflexsim purchases.
QCan I use credit as a guest?
No. It's attached to your account, so you have to be signed in — even if the guest purchase uses the same email address.
QDoes credit work on top-ups?
Yes, the same way it works on a new plan.
QWhat happens to my credit if I delete my account?
It's lost, and we can't restore it or pay it out. Spend it before you delete.
QI expected credit and don't see it.
Check you're signed in to the right account first — more than one email address is a common cause. Cashback appears once the order is fulfilled, and a referral reward appears after the person you referred completes their first purchase. If it still isn't there, email support@eflexsim.com and we'll trace it.
