Cashback rewards — how the loyalty program works
Eflexsim cashback gives you a percentage of every card payment back as wallet credit — automatically, with no codes to enter and no points to redeem. The more you've spent with us over time, the higher your rate, across four tiers from 2% up to 5%.
The two facts to remember: cashback lands in your wallet automatically, and it's calculated on what you pay by card (not on credit you spent). Everything below covers the details.
The four tiers
Your tier is set by your lifetime spend — the real money you've paid by card across all your eSIMs and top-ups.

As your lifetime spend crosses a threshold, your rate moves up for your next order. You always start at Explorer (2%) on your very first purchase.
How you earn
- Pay with your card for any eSIM or top-up. The card-paid amount adds to your lifetime spend and earns cashback at your current tier rate.
- The credit lands in your wallet the moment your order is delivered — ready to spend on your next plan.
- No action needed. There's nothing to claim, and cashback never expires.
What counts (and what doesn't)
- Card spend only. Cashback is calculated on the part you pay by card. If you use wallet credit to cover part of an order, that part doesn't earn cashback (we don't pay cashback on credit we already gave you).
- No stacking with promos or referrals. An order that used a promo code or a referral discount earns no cashback on that order. This keeps the deals from doubling up.
- Refunds adjust your spend. If an order is refunded, that amount comes back out of your lifetime spend, which can change your rate on future orders. Cashback already paid out stays in your wallet.
- Test purchases don't count. Sandbox or test orders never earn cashback or move your tier.
Spending your cashback
Cashback is ordinary wallet credit. It shows up in your wallet activity as a "Cashback" line, adds to your balance, and you can apply it at checkout toward any future eSIM or top-up — exactly like any other credit.
Where to see your tier
Open Rewards & referrals in your account and switch to the Cashback tab. You'll see your current tier and rate, how much more spend reaches the next tier, your lifetime spend, and the total cashback you've earned.
