What payment methods does Eflexsim accept?

3 min readUpdated July 28, 2026

Pay by credit or debit card, or with Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports them. Everything is charged in US dollars, once โ€” there are no subscriptions and nothing auto-renews. The card options at checkout come from our payment provider, so the networks it supports are the networks we support. Declines are almost always your bank's decision rather than ours, and the fixes are below.

Below: what you'll see at checkout, saving a card, and what to try when a payment is refused.

What you'll see at checkout

Card. A card form for the number, expiry and security code. Credit and debit both work, as do corporate cards. Prepaid and travel cards work provided they're allowed to make international online payments โ€” some have that switched off until you enable it in the card's app.

Apple Pay on an iPhone, iPad or Mac in Safari, and Google Pay on Android or in Chrome, when the device has a card set up. These appear as buttons above the card form and skip typing card details entirely.

Wallet payments are often the fastest way past a stubborn decline, because your bank authenticates them differently from a card typed into a form.

The checkout page is the authority on what's available to you specifically โ€” the options shown depend on your device, browser and card. If something isn't offered there, it isn't available for your order.

Everything is charged in USD

Prices are in US dollars and that's what your card is charged. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. See what currencies can I pay in.

You're charged once, for the plan you chose. Nothing recurs, nothing renews on its own, and we don't hold a payment to bill you later.

Saving a card for next time

Cards are saved from your account, not during checkout. Go to Account โ†’ Saved cards and add one there. On your next purchase it's available to select while you're signed in.

There's no "save this card" tick box on the web checkout โ€” if you're looking for one, that's why you can't find it.

Card details are held by our payment provider, never by us. See is it safe to pay on Eflexsim.

If your card is declined

Almost every decline comes from your bank, and we only relay it. In rough order of likelihood:

1. The billing address doesn't match. It has to match what your bank holds, down to the postcode. A single wrong character is enough.

2. International payments are blocked on the card. Many banks block these by default. Turn them on in your bank's app under security or card controls, then retry.

3. Your bank flagged it. Buying from a country your bank doesn't expect, or an unfamiliar merchant, can trigger a hold. Banks usually text or notify you to approve it โ€” do that and try again.

4. Not enough available balance, or a daily limit reached. Common on prepaid travel cards.

5. A 3-D Secure step wasn't finished. Some cards ask you to confirm in your banking app. If that window is closed or times out, the payment fails. Retry and complete it promptly.

6. Wrong expiry or security code. Worth re-checking before assuming anything worse.

If it still won't go through, try Apple Pay or Google Pay, then a different card, then a different browser. If none of that works, email support@eflexsim.com with the date, the amount and the last four digits โ€” never the full card number โ€” and we'll trace it.

On your bank statement

The charge appears under the Eflexsim name. If you see something you don't recognise around the right date and amount, check your receipt email before assuming it's fraud โ€” and if it still doesn't look right, email support@eflexsim.com with the date, amount and last four digits.

Frequently asked questions

QCan I pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Yes, where your device supports it. The buttons appear above the card form when they're available.

QWhy is there no option to save my card at checkout?

Saving is done from Account โ†’ Saved cards instead. Add a card there and it's offered on your next purchase.

QCan I pay in my own currency?

No โ€” everything is in US dollars and your bank converts. See what currencies can I pay in.

QWill I be charged again later?

No. It's a single charge for the plan you bought. Adding data later is a separate purchase you choose to make.

QCan I use a company card?

Yes. If you need a proper invoice with your company details and VAT number, see how to download an invoice or receipt.

QMy card works everywhere else. Why not here?

Usually an international-payment block or a fraud hold, because we're a new merchant to your bank. Approve it in your banking app and retry, or use Apple Pay or Google Pay.

QDo you keep my card details after a failed payment?

No. Nothing is stored from a payment that didn't complete.

QIs a debit card fine?

Yes. Note that refunds to debit cards sometimes take longer to appear than to credit cards โ€” see how long does a refund take.
