Explorer unlocks the moment you complete your first paid plan with Eflexsim. We want our referrers to be customers themselves — so you can speak honestly about the product when you share it.
QWhen does my wallet credit appear?
Wallet credit lands automatically the moment your friend's payment clears. No claim process, no waiting period. You'll see it in your wallet within minutes of their purchase.
QWhat counts as a "qualifying" referral?
A referral is qualified when your friend signs up with your code AND completes their first paid plan. Signups alone don't count — they need to actually buy a plan to earn you a tier credit.
QCan I cash out instead of keeping wallet credit?
Yes. Open your account portal → Refer a friend → choose your payout method. Three options: wallet credit (instant, default), bank transfer (paste your bank account + currency, $25 minimum, 2–5 business days), or PayPal (paste your PayPal email, $10 minimum, 1–2 business days). Switch anytime.
QHow does the Voyager Champion tier work?
Voyager unlocks after 100 qualifying referrals. It's the top tier — 20% reward on every new referral, paid on the full 3-order chain per referee. The biggest reward rate on the platform, reserved for our most active referrers.
QCan I refer myself with a second account?
No. We detect self-referrals via payment method, IP, and device. Self-referrals get rejected automatically and repeat attempts can lead to account suspension. Refer real friends.
QWhat if my friend refunds their plan?
If your friend refunds before the plan activates, the referral credit gets reversed (we recover the wallet credit too). After the plan activates and is used, it's locked in — refunds at that stage don't affect your earnings.
QDo my tier upgrades apply to past referrals?
No — tier rates apply going forward, not backward. When you cross into Pathfinder, your previous Explorer-rate referrals stay at 5%. Every NEW referral after the tier upgrade earns the new rate. Each referee's rate is locked at their first-purchase moment.
QIs there a limit on how many friends I can refer?
No cap. Refer 5 friends, 50 friends, or 500 friends — every qualified referral pays. Hitting Voyager (100+) unlocks the highest tier with 20% rewards on the full 3-order chain per referee.
